Product Associate

We are seeking a Product Associate to join our dynamic and experienced team. As a Product Associate, you will partner with cross-functional team members (including Real Estate Brokerage Teams, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and QA) to build out the HomeLister experience and platform. We are looking for an individual that thrives in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment to deliver impactful new features.

What You'll Do

Leverage your strong agile product management, business analysis, project management and application integration knowledge to prioritize and orchestrate the delivery of product features. Experience managing the product and development feature pipeline is a plus.

Translate product features into user stories and acceptance criteria that align with Product Roadmap. Experience scoping out an MVP candidate vs longer-term Roadmap deliverables is desired.

Own and communicate feature goals and requirements across cross-functional teams and various stakeholder groups: Leadership, Brokerage, Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, and QA

Functionally test product features to ensure a feature's acceptance criteria have been met

Analyze and interpret product data using a range of approaches. Strong ability to make evidence-based recommendations & decisions using objective and subjective data is desired.

Support the Brokerage Operations team by executing tasks that are related to Product initiatives

Meet challenges & problems head-on with a "whatever it takes" attitude

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in the Agile delivery of websites and web-based applications within a matrixed team environment (mobile experience is a plus)
Strong SDLC understanding with proven experience building websites and/or digital products & services
Experience in writing product and business requirements
Strong ability to conceptualize technical architecture to drive better product designs, feature prioritization, and decision making
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Thinks strategically, drives ideas into action, and takes personal initiative with a ‘whatever it takes’ mentality
Exceptional prioritization skills, balancing timeliness, quality and cost. Track record of achieving actionable results through others.
Must have a successful track record of effectively prioritizing product features.
Self-starter, autonomous & independent, creative problem-solver. Enjoys wearing many hats.
Experience with Aha and Jira a plus
Proven track record of identifying a product’s “Why”, “What” and “How” (features & requirements)
Ability to quickly pick up HomeLister's application and platform architecture to facilitate feature design decisions is highly desired.
