Global Lead, Contact Center Product Marketing

About the Team

We are looking for a Global Lead, Contact Center Product Marketing to manage a team of exceptional marketers who define and empower the strategic Zoom Contact Center value proposition of our communication and collaboration solutions. The role will own the strategy for effectively telling the story of Zoom’s Contact Center solutions to buyers across all segments and verticals.

As a Senior leader you will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define our products’ vision / value prop and help shape our product marketing efforts. You’ll devise strategies, plans, and marketing outcomes, and be accountable for impact alongside them. You’ll be in charge of managing the adoption for our core customer experience products across different customer segments and verticals. Your team will also drive our sales enablement initiatives and marketing deliverables in collaboration with our stakeholders.

Evidence-based decision-making and influential leadership will both be key. Directly, empowered by our Head of Product, Solutions, and Industry Marketing, you’ll be driving transformational efforts and amplifying product marketing impact for Zoom.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a strategic vision for Zoom’s Contact Center solutions and ensure robust and flawless marketing execution. Have the mindset of a Marketing general manager to drive the growth business.

  • Articulate our “Why Zoom?” value propositions, understand contact center personas, and ensure customers and prospects fully recognize Zoom benefits.

  • With the help of Sales, Industry and other Marketing teams, and Product - Management, will develop and lead integrated cross-functional Contact Center plans, marketing assets, and sales tools that build recognition and differentiation through an insights-led customer-centric approach.

  • Lead, scale, and mentor a team of 3-4 talented product marketers (Manager/Sr. Managers), hire and cultivate new talent to round out your team

  • Drive product marketing strategy, vision & positioning, pricing and packaging, incentive strategies & logistics

  • Develop thought leadership, messaging, strategic positioning, and pricing for Zoom Contact Center products and services

  • Create and execute campaigns in partnership with demand generation teams

  • Engage with customers & sales frequently and intently; be the customer advocate within Zoom, bringing the voice of customer to the product messaging

  • Form a POV on top competitors and how we position Zoom to win against them.

  • Drive new solution launches and success — including Contact Center GTM strategy, messaging, analyst relations, sales enablement, campaign assets.

  • Align with field marketing, customer marketing and demand generation teams to create sales tools, integrated campaigns and marketing assets that make an impact throughout the buyer’s journey.

About you:

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing

  • 4+ years in B2B / B2C Contact Center, Collaboration, or CCaaS Industries

  • 4+ years of leadership experience

  • Hands-on strategic leader willing to lead by doing

  • Problem-solving and sound judgment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task & prioritize

  • Raises the bar on performance for themselves and team/partners, inspiring others to excellence

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills with all audiences

  • Proven ability to drive transformational change, scale teams, hire and mentor top talents

  • Takes ownership and follows through on tasks; drives decisions; results-oriented

  • Working knowledge of video / phone / chat communication (incl. but not limited to hardware partners, developers, security, etc.) and industries’ best practices in the competitive space.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$136,100.00

Maximum:

$297,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.


Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
