Product Converting Operator - job 3 of 3

Kodak is hiring Finishing Product Converting Operators

We are looking for hard working individuals to start or continue their manufacturing careers with us. All experience levels are welcome! You bring the desire to work hard and be a good team player and we’ll train you to do the job!

As a Product Converting Operator you will:
  • Complete Operator training programs
  • Operate a variety of Film converting and packaging equipment
  • Rotate through various jobs as needed
  • Work in Dark and Light room conditions
  • Maintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures and quality standards

The Skills to be successful:
  • High School Diploma – Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required.
  • Some manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail Oriented Team Player
  • Must have reliable transportation that is available for any/all shift configurations.
  • Ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests.
  • Maintain a clean work area and always operate in a safe manner.
  • Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (fork truck) license at Kodak.
  • Good Manual Dexterity
  • Willing and able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
  • Willing to work overtime if needed or adjust work schedule based on business needs.
  • Desire to continually improve oneself.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule if needed
  • Ability to work in Dark Room conditions if needed
