Product Lead (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking Product Leads to build and grow products at VuMedi. VuMedi is entering a new growth phase due to immense innovation in medical therapies. With that growth, we are working on a number of exciting product opportunities with discovery, personalization, redesigning the UX and building new features to solve overcrowding, and increasing overall stickiness with the platform on all devices.

What you'll do:

• Contribute to building and delivering the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for products
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and product marketing to ensure end-to-end delivery of your products with high quality and on time
• Develop a deep understanding of our customer’s strategic priorities and related business outcomes 
• Create alignment with leadership and your partners on strategies, outcomes, prioritization, and roadmap 
• Establish rituals and processes to work with appropriate partners across the organization
• Identify key metrics for your product areas and ensure they are top of mind in decision-making across the organization  
• Contribute to OKRs for the product development team
• Balance multiple projects, prioritizing with sound judgment and optimizing for the widest radius of impact.

About you

• Passionate about developing empathy for our customers by understanding their needs and solving their problems in this domain
• Data-driven to the extent that quantitative and qualitative data drives most of your decision-making. Instrumentation and appropriate testing techniques are your strengths, and you use them effectively. 
• A team player with your trio of engineering and design partners bringing them on board early on so you are bringing the most valuable, usable, feasible, and viable solutions to our customers
• A good communicator who knows their audience, can surface the right amount of information, and design the right cadence and channels for effective communication 
• Effective at creating and organizing the documentation that disseminates the right information, gains alignment, and/or shares your deep thinking. This will include business case one-pagers, functional requirements, product specifications, release notes, and user guides 

You have:

• 8+ years of product management experience building and growing products that drove business metrics.
• Pressure-tested product judgment and craft to surface opportunities and problem spaces, helping VuMedi deliver the most value possible to its customers.
