About Sword Move:
Sword Move is a first of its kind movement health solution that will empower members to start moving, stay moving, and live pain-free. Today, 80% of Americans do not meet the recommended level of exercise; and physical inactivity is the cause of both MSK issues and numerous chronic diseases. Sword Move combines the clinical focus of physical therapy and the holistic approach of fitness to create a digital solution that connects each member with a certified personal trainer and wearable technology, delivering personalized programs that help our members move more and move right.

As Product Lead, you will be part of the launching team for Sword Move, a new business line at Sword, anticipated to drive major growth for Sword Health. You will own the product strategy and product execution from launch to growth across both our member app and Personal Trainer portal. You will lead the product roadmap, to engage and delight our members across our App platforms by taking a data-driven approach to improving member experience and engagement.

You will possess a player-coach mentality and be equally excited to lead and manage as you are to optimize and build. Experience in a results-driven and/or startup environment will be important, as you will work cross-functionally with the GM, Engineering, Operations, AI, Marketing, Sales/Business Development on a regular basis to ensure that all product strategies are relevant to the members’ needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building a business from the ground up, that will change people’s lives as we free the world from pain.

What You'll Do:
  • Establish vision: Build the product vision and create a roadmap to scale Sword Health’s corporate wellness offering.
  • Build for scale: You will deliver a roadmap that balances feature development with long term scaling.
  • Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics for Move and use data to drive your product strategy and decision-making
  • Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into key product decisions;Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences – e.g. to Sword Legal/Engineering/Operations/Marketing/Sales and to clients, users, and the press

What we’re looking for:
  • 7+ years of direct product management experience for mobile and web products, with experience leading products at scale with significant strategic scope. B2C product management within the health or fitness space preferred
  • You have delivered large, complex, cross-functional products that have made a big impact, track record of building zero to one
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and executive teams
  • Strong customer obsession: you enjoy obsessing over getting the customer experience right. Design A/B tests, build OKRs for features and strategies, and monitor acquisition & engagement metrics
  • Work closely with the Product Research team to drive research that helps us understand the success of our current products and where our strongest opportunities are. Strong grasp of consumer insights and a customer-centric mindset. Desire to understand the members’ motivations and customer experience
  • Talent magnet who can attract great people and build the marketing team. Manage and nurture the team members
  • Technical fluency; comfort partnering with Engineering to make tradeoffs by weighing technical requirements and user needs
  • Bonus: Experience partnering with an Engineering teams that is not co-located
  • Bonus: Experience building an app-based product on a subscription business, experience with A/B testing, experience in health and fitness, gaming, or other related fields
