There may be an opportunity to extend the term to also support future phases of Workday implementation. The minimum starting salary is $70,000.

Responsibilities include:

  • Along with our implementation partner’s project team, lead execution of Hamilton’s implementation and deployment plan for Workday, with a focus on either Human Resources and Payroll, or Finance.
  • Support functional teams in the implementation and use of Workday and provide technical and analytical guidance to the team members
  • Provide best practice recommendations to functional and technical teams

  • Participate in the development of a robust Change Management plan and carry out Change Management procedures, including the development of materials and job aids, and participating in training and other Change Management efforts or events
  • Support of functional teams in all aspects of testing, including developing testing scripts, analyzing, troubleshooting, and keeping up with administrative tasks related to testing log
  • Support communication between functional teams and Collaborative Solutions
  • Collaborate with training lead to coordinate Workday training paths for users
  • Work with Project Team and Functional Work Groups to ensure full transparency of decision making, escalating issues as needed
  • Provide updates to program stakeholders throughout the life of the overall Workday Program
  • Provide frequent feedback on project issues, including weekly status reports
  • Assist in resolving complex technical problems involving multiple application environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Candidates should be experts in their field, with a substantive knowledge of at least one of the functional areas they will work alongside (Human Resources, Payroll or Finance)
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently provide high-level customer support and resolve technical issues for a non-technical audience
  • Clear examples of aligning technical needs with business goals
