BitGo, a leader in digital asset financial services, is seeking Product Managers to lead and motivate teams in building infrastructure for institutional and retail clients. Candidates should have experience in defining product vision, strategy, and execution.

Skills

4+ years of cross-functional project experience
Experience defining product vision and bringing products to market
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to drive team efficiency in a rapidly changing environment
Desire to bring digital assets to the forefront of the global economy
Experience in Fintech or Blockchain environments

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams in building coins infrastructure, DeFi, and wallets
Identify opportunities, build consensus on roadmap, and execute
Own roadmap, strategy, and execution for assigned area
Define success metrics, determine progress measurement processes
