Goal setting through our Objective and Key Results (OKR) product is an important strategic pillar because it targets Operational leaders. Our Performance product targets People/HR leaders and our OKR offering targets Operations leaders, such as COOs, Chiefs-of-Staff, and other similar roles. This role will be critical in helping Lattice serve the needs of this audience.

What You Get to Do

This is a unique role that involves growing the Objectives and Key Results product to serve the needs of Operational leaders. You’ll work closely with your engineering counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver feature enhancements and strategic initiatives. This position is located in our San Francisco office and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and visible products. 

• Help define and execute a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
• Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
• Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
• Support GTM teams in bringing new releases to market
• Partner with Lattice Advisory Services and internal OKR Expert Consultants to seamlessly blend the Goals product and services experiences
• Define the product KPIs and track the success of the features that we launch

Who You Are

• 2+ years of  product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning feature and product development, end to end
• Experience with workflow software
• Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
• Someone who has a high focus on shipping products, and is able to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
• High attention to detail
• A high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
