Opportunity Summary:

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to build Upland Audience Engagement’s technology eco-system. This pivotal role within the Product Directorate at Upland will be given the opportunity to bring their breadth of experience in the martech eco-system space to own our product integration strategy across the Audience Engagement portfolio of solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify, validate and evaluate priority integrations for Audience Engagement products

• Lead our relationships with our most strategic technology partners that help extend our capability for customers.

• Working with broader Audience Engagement Product and R&D team to define integration and eco-system strategy.

• Work closely with dedicated Product Engineering team to ensure all integrations are delivered to maximize impact

• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, customer success) to drive support on strategic and operational initiatives

• Manage contracts, agreements, and associated commercial terms and impacts

• Evaluate industry trends, technological shifts, and market dynamics to engage the right ecosystem players to advance the development of our brands, programs, and products.

• Reports to Senior Director of Product Management, and works collaboratively with product leadership, Customer Success, Sales, Services, and Support to further product and solution objectives.

• The position will work with a globally distributed team with contributors and stakeholders across several time zones.

Requirements:

Demonstrated track record of strategy thinking and analysis-seeing over the horizon to identify opportunities, envision models, and strategic paths to capture opportunities, as well as spot emerging risks. Broad understanding of technical eco-systems, partnerships and the Martech landscape. Strong desire to collaborate, make an impact and lead people in a vision.
