Product Manager I

What's the role?:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help drive growth of our Machine Learning / Analytics opportunities within HERE’s Dynamic and Spatial Content Business Unit. As part of the DSC ML strategy initiative, we have identified a number of promising business growth and content quality improvement technologies in need of a support from a product manager experienced in HERE’s Product Life Cycle Management Framework.

HERE's product lifecycle roadmap expects more the 25 percent of our total revenue and profits to be created from the launch of new products. In this position, you will work with Master’s and Ph.D. level data scientists to analyze and present the product business cases within our current backlog of ML / Analytics algorithms, prioritize the best revenue enhancing ideas, and drive them through the build, launch and enhance stages. Our expectation is to launch 3-4 revenue and quality enhancing opportunities within 2023. This role is focused specifically on driving growth and not maintaining mature products.

Your role will include working with product marketing and sales team to identify the value and build the business case, present these ideas to the DSC LT support the PLMF processes.

Who are you?:

You have experience in driving a product through the build, launch, and enhance cycles. These opportunities have already passed the concept stage.
You have collaborated across business units or other product teams to capture possible synergies, experience with product board, capturing, and reporting on OKRs.
You have strong analytical skills to properly evaluate the success or failure of features and feel comfortable working with technical analysis tools.
Strong written and vocal communication skills and can articulate concepts to business leaders up to the CTO level.
You are experienced creating business and customer requirements, road maps, sales decks, FaQs, and documentation.
