Your role:
- Lead, develop, and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Engineering and Product Design to understand how our customers use Encamp and what they need to succeed.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market and our customers.
- Grow your reach and responsibilities as Encamp scales.
Who we're looking for:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in an enterprise software development environment
- Self-starter who wants to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth startup environment
- Creative problem solver who can balance flexibility, power, and ease of use
- Excellent communicator
