Product Manager II

What You'll Do:
As a Product Manager joining our RIS Product space, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with our leadership and global teams to have direct oversight for the Employer and Participant Reporting Experiences.

Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
  • Through partnership with leadership, this role is business focused concentrating on defining the vision and strategy based on market research, understanding of company goals and strategy, and by looking at the current state of success of their products with the objective of improving the experience for our customers and the bottom line for the organization.
  • Tell the story of the problems that need to be solved and opportunities. Focus on describing value proposition, value stream, and capability outcomes. Work with team to validate how solutions build towards those outcomes and meet customer needs.
  • Build strong partnerships with collaborators so you can represent their needs. Garner their support and engage them proactively to overcome barriers.
  • Make decisions to enable the team to deliver quickly. Be comfortable not having all of the answers. Make small bets and embrace experimentation. Break down stories to enable small, frequent iterations versus big bang deliveries. Keep lines of communication open with collaborators so their needs are represented, and they understand what is being delivered along the way.
  • Empower teams to own solutions being created versus telling them what needs to be done and how it should work. Challenge status quo, encourage innovation, be open-minded and approachable. Influence, lead and collaborate well with all partners.
  • Lead development and communication of a roadmap to deliver strategic goals. Present high level view of the features and key deliverables to customers and other collaborators. Communicate the roadmap vision to project teams and development teams. Ensure the solution meets relevant standard and other system requirements.
