The Role
At The Alliance, we create market-leading, accredited courses for our entire portfolio of communities and we want to continue offering exceptional L&D experiences.
We are looking for a Course Manager to join our team and take charge of our bespoke learning journeys for enterprise clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work closely with account managers, facilitate workshops, and manage high-profile client relationships to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Learning Journey Management: Understand enterprise clients' requirements and work closely with the Account Manager to define and plan bespoke learning journeys and opportunities.
Workshop Management & Facilitation: Oversee and facilitate a portfolio of workshops - for internal products or enterprise clients
Stakeholder Communication: Speak directly with high-profile clients and stakeholders, guiding the full conversation to meet their needs.
EIR Recruitment and Guidance: Recruit, vet, and train external Experts in Residence (EIRs) to match the business client needs and ensure the required level of teaching.
Network Building: Create and maintain a network of instructor EIRs, collaborating to ensure the delivery of top-tier educational content.
Requirements:

Experienced and Knowledgeable: You have a solid enterprise learning and development background, with experience in managing and facilitating corporate educational programs.
Client-Focused: You understand enterprise client needs and can tailor learning journeys to meet those requirements.
Communication & Collaboration: Confidence to communicate with, senior-level leaders, and build and maintain long-lasting, strategic relationships. Ability to work cross-functionally
Project Management: Strong skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Great research skills with the ability to grasp complex topics and spot business trends across multiple markets
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse program performance data and implement improvements.
Location: this can can be either fully remote within the UK or hybrid (our office is in London)
Compensation: Base Salary £32,000
