We’re looking for a Industry & Segment Product Marketer who is scrappy, strategic, and growth-focused. As a solution and/or industry marketing professional you will help us more deeply understand how Lattice can best position and build go to market campaigns that resonate with customers across a variety of segments. This work will be highly visible and connect directly to the Lattice's goals to capture more of our serviceable available market. Segment priorities include multiple industries, market segments (e.g., SMB, midmarket, enterprise), various personas, and spans global regions. Your work will be highly visible, cross-functional and broad in scope. Priorities within our priority segments include becoming the audience expert, defining segment-specific pain points and messaging, partnering with GTM and demand teams to build relevant campaigns, enabling our sales team, and creating content that amplifies the Lattice story and differentiates us across these segments. The Segment Marketing Manager is a critical role within the product marketing team and is part of a rapidly growing company.
Collaborate cross-functionally across the revenue organization (sales, marketing enablement, management) and the EPD (Engineering and Product Design) organization. Participate in core team decision-making, surface research and customer insights, and define segment-specific positioning & messaging.
Partner with demand generation and sales leadership to translate segment positioning and messaging into education and enablement materials.
Create value-centric solution messaging for priority segments to accompany our product launches that resonate with people leaders of forward-thinking businesses.
Lead marketing GTM and segment-led growth activities. Provide guidance to the rest of the marketing team how to most effectively market to each segment.
Guide research efforts. Find opportunities for quantitative and qualitative market, industry, competitive, and customer research within core segments. Coordinate execution and turn analysis into impact.

3+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing, industry marketing, content marketing, corporate communications, competitive intelligence, market research, or similar experience, with a solid foundation in the fundamentals including user/market research, positioning/messaging, competitive research, user education, and sales enablement.
Analytical and metrics-driven, comfortable digging into data and teasing out insights.
Experience with B2B SaaS business applications a plus
The ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams
Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
