Product Marketing Manager, Marketplace

This role supports the Agent Engagement and Marketplace (AEM) business unit. The Product Marketing Manager will lead the marketing efforts for MP Product launches and communications. This role will support products that drive agent engagement with the kvCore Platform AND adoption of Marketplace solutions. This role reports to the VP Of AEM Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • The Product manager will collaborate with Marketplace Product on product concepts, product content/positioning, pricing, and product go-to-market efforts. This role will support over 20 products and services sold in kvCORE’s marketplace. These solutions are sold directly to residential real estate agents and teams who use the kvCORE platform.

Develops G2M Plans for Marketplace Solutions

  • Develop the G2M plans for new product launches as well as major feature improvements to existing products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on training and communication for product launches.
  • Owns product messaging and product positioning of existing products.

Supports Product Development

  • Contributes to product concepts and applicability in the market and with IRE user personas.
  • Holds the product team accountable for delivering on the customer value props.
  • Leads external communications on product issues and information.

Manages AEM’s Solution Portfolio

  • Drives the positioning of MP products based on user/persona needs and value props.
  • Identifies gaps between agent needs and MP solutions.
  • Stays up to speed on changes to the kvCore platform and how new solutions fit into the product matrix.
  • Contributes to pricing decisions, new product investment, and product scorecards
  • Understands the competitive space and alternative solutions for agents.
  • Manages the Product ‘Bible”
  • Product scorecards, case studies, testimonials, etc.

Leads Sales Enablement

  • Partners with Product to train/educate Sales on new product launches
  • Supports outbound sales efforts and helps to identify target segments
  • Leads the development of sales assets – both internal training assets as well as external customer-facing assets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing Experience: Including crafting compelling product positioning, experience in launching new products and well as communications with existing products, developing effective go-to-market plans, and a strong set of frameworks for go-to-market, personas, competitive comparisons, etc.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex product information to various stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and executives.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, perform market research, track marketing campaigns, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Digital marketing proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Knowledge of CRM software integrations and lead generation strategies.
  • Customer-centric approach: Ability to understand customer needs, pain points, and challenges in the real estate industry. Develop customer personas and tailor marketing strategies to address their specific requirements.
  • Collaboration and teamwork: Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales teams, and other departments to align marketing initiatives and drive product adoption and success.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing market trends and customer demands.
  • A PLUS: Experience in real estate: Strong knowledge and understanding of the residential real estate industry, including familiarity with CRM software and related technologies.
