Product Marketing Manager

Our operations team includes roles focused on People & Culture, Executive Talent, Risk & Legal, Finance, Travel & Events, Communications & Change Management, IT & Facilities. Working across these disciplines we create the foundation from which Point Bers discover and grow their careers.

This role will own the full-spectrum of product marketing responsibilities for prioritized products including go-to-market and post-launch marketing strategies, product naming, positioning, messaging, and more from initial conception to product launch to driving ongoing customer awareness and engagement. Successful candidates will have deep experience with go-to-market planning, product positioning, and launching multi-channel marketing campaigns rooted in strategy, optimized-targeting, and measurable goals. They will possess strong organizational and prioritization skills and must be comfortable operating in a highly dynamic, autonomous environment that rewards those who take calculated risks and push boundaries. This role is fully remote and can be based in anywhere in the United States.


WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Drive the product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plan for enterprise and industry-specific Technology Products using an innovative and bold mindset
Create technology product naming and branding
Generate personas for technology buyers
Monitor competitors and identifies opportunities for differentiation in our offerings, messaging and marketing
Develop marketing plans and secures related budget to meet shared Industry and/or Technology Products financial goals
Drive the creation of compelling short-form and long-term content and campaigns that support the product value proposition
Create marketing calendar and executes product and partner campaigns, including co-promotion using partner lists
Create partner marketing program in support of industry and enterprise partnerships
Co-brand and establish value propositions and messaging for qualified cross-Industry and Industry-specific partnerships
Manage M&A public relations workstreams including press releases and website updates/integrations for acquisitions and/or new Point B Holding companies
Develop case studies and product demos to showcase product value
Execute inquiries and briefings with the analyst community
Work with product owners and other subject matter experts to identify trends and creates related insights
Liaise with the Solutions and Product teams/SMEs to bring prioritized solutions and products to market
Develop compelling and effective customer-first content focused on primary business needs and challenges
Collaborate with design to develop compelling and effective visual assets to engage audiences
Run campaigns, including project management, budget management, and collaborative execution across PR, paid and organic social media, website, email, ads, events and more
Analyze and reports results against marketing and sales KPIs
Support team efforts and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams
Consistently demonstrate and live Point B cultural tenets and values
Participate in firm culture activities to connect regularly with other Point B’ers (e.g., Growth, Geo Meetings)

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
B.A. or B.S. degree
10+ years of experience
Product marketing experience preferred
Experience using contact management tools and social media tools
Experience with common office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with Adobe products, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. The estimated hourly range for this role is $45-$55/hour USD. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
