Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for an energetic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who loves to compete in SaaS B2B and get their products widely and enthusiastically adopted. Reporting to the CTO, the PMM will develop messaging and collateral, conduct customer and competitor analysis, and run internal enablement programs to accelerate new logo acquisition and customer upsells. We are looking for a strong performer with entrepreneurial mindset, deep familiarity with MarTech solutions and use cases, and proven experience in engaging technical, business, and executive B2B audiences. Location open to Foster City, New York, or Chicago.

Core Responsibilities

    • Own knowledge transfer from Product Management to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success regarding new and updated products and features
    • Lead the planning and execution of monthly webinars, including topic selection, content creation, and speaker coordination.
    • Analyze webinar and product release meeting data to inform future product marketing strategies.
    • Manage the BrightEdge LinkedIn group, including member requests, content posting, and engagement.
    • Own the development and execution of product launch plans, including coordinating cross-functional teams, creating launch materials, and conducting post-launch analysis.
    • Own the development of customer case studies and success stories.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks and battlecards.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including website copy, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with industry analysts, such as Gartner, and coordinate analyst briefings and reviews.
    • Coordinate user group meetings and events, including agenda planning, speaker selection, and logistics.
    • Develop the theme and product release messaging for the annual customer event, SHARE.
    • Manage and develop Help Center content, including knowledge base articles, feature guides, release notes, and getting started guides.

What It Takes To Be Successful

    • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or combination of outbound product management, sales engineering and/ or sales specialist experience
    • Demonstrated success in taking SaaS B2B products to market that drove measurable LTV, renewals, and revenue growth
    • Strong familiarity with MarTech solutions; SEO experience is a plus
    • College degree required, MBA helpful, real world experience essential
    • Startup experience preferred
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform product marketing strategies.

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
