We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our Real World Evidence team to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Here's what you need to know about the role, our team and why Flatiron Health is the right next step in your career.
In this role, you will join our Syndicated Technologies team. This cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and clinical experts is responsible for our flagship oncology research product, our “Enhanced Data Marts” (aka EDMs). Broadly, the team’s mission is to build and deliver large real-world evidence datasets to empower our life science partners to deliver better cancer treatments more quickly and cost effectively.
The state of oncology is rapidly evolving. That’s great for cancer patients, and means it’s up to us to ensure our datasets stay up to date. Your top responsibility will be to drive customer satisfaction by coordinating with our cross functional teams to (1) deliver our monthly dataset refreshes, and (2) identify and deliver the updates to those datasets that are most important to our customers. You will work closely with our data engineering and clinical teams to execute on the changes, and coordinate closely with a variety of teams to communicate updates, manage dependencies, and proactively address roadblocks. In addition you’ll:
You're a self-starter with 3+ years of project management and/or product operations experience, and sound strategic and operationally-oriented thinking. You are a team player with experience leading teams of people who you do not directly manage. You’re excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves and adapting to new challenges to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
A career at Flatiron is a chance to work with everyone involved in the future of cancer care and research—all under one roof. Researchers, data scientists, designers, clinicians, technologists and many more all work together to improve cancer care and accelerate research.
