The Engineering & Product Management Operations team ensures the organizational and operational health of the Research and Development (R&D) organization. Within R&D our goal is to deepen clarity, increase effectiveness, efficiency, and engagement, and maximize the delivery of customer value. We do this through the creation, removal, and management of programs, processes, systems, and tools.
We are looking for an organized, driven, and collaborative Product Ops Program Manager to join our team. You will partner closely with a cross-functional pillar leadership team that is responsible for managing a group of more than 150 Asanas who are designing, building, and shipping our products and services.
You will embed with the leadership team to drive the group's operational and organizational strategy, defining effective operating rhythms to maximize velocity and engagement of the pillar. You will orchestrate regular business rhythms for the pillar, including roadmapping, headcount planning, goal setting and assessment, and strategy and execution reviews. You will also be part of a core team with other embedded operational program managers who are each responsible for and aligned with the other pillars. You will help determine when and where we should or shouldn't standardize operations across all of R&D.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $139,000 - $221,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
