Product Owner, Integration Platform

As a part of the Digital Organization, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner to join our team as we build and enhance our enterprise integration platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in product ownership, with a strong understanding of software development and integration technologies. The Product Owner for Integration Platform is responsible for owning the product roadmap and strategy, creating and managing the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, analyzing product performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

What You Will Do

• Define the product roadmap, features, and strategy for the integration platform, taking into account customer needs, market trends, and internal stakeholders' input.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and requirements based on business value and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and QA, to ensure product vision is clearly communicated and executed.
• Conduct user research and engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and incorporate feedback into product development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Molex advantaged capabilities, other products teams, and project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze and monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to integration technologies and platforms.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience as a product owner (roadmap, product backlog, etc.) or similar role in software development, with a focus on integration platforms.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritizing for development
• Strong understanding of integration technologies such as API, microservices and message brokers.
• Experience utilizing strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• ETL experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Kafka, AWS, MuleSoft, Kong experience

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
