We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player with a strong technical customer service background to provide technical guidance, manage integration related projects, client escalations and provide product development support for Yardi’s Senior Living Team!
What you will do
- Use your strong customer service focus to respond to Yardi staff escalations and to clients and vendors via phone, webinar, and email
- Provide ongoing technical support of complex interface-related issues
- Identify interface requirements for new and existing interfaces and create detailed, test-oriented documentation to support ongoing interface development
- Perform extensive testing of new and existing integrations and qualify interfaces for use in health-critical applications
- Test new development to ensure resolution and conformance to certification standards
- Document and benchmark client and vendor performance related to certification criteria
- Develop timelines, train, and implement interfaces with clients and vendors per documented project plans
- Identify complex workflow issues involving multiple stakeholders and software systems and provide efficient root cause analysis and resolution through process modification or development requirements generation
- Establish and qualify connectivity via VPN and/or web service endpoints
- Identify and train key stakeholders to support self-sustaining high-volume integrations
- Manage implementations involving onsite and offsite work and detailed definition of project milestones and certification requirements
- Assist with the development of applicable documentation and eLearning content to support product and integration team scalability
- Enter cases, development tickets, resolutions, and activities in Yardi’s CRM tool and knowledge base
- Be part of a great team and collaborate with Senior Living Team members across North America
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology related discipline, or equivalent experience in healthcare related interfaces
- Experience with integrations technology and /or HL7, NCPDP, and DIRECT messaging standards
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Outlook
- Awesome written and verbal communication skills
- Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to go the extra mile
- Excellent attention to detail, organization and the ability to prioritize effectively
- You’re a self-starter! You take initiative and have sound judgment
- High comfort level troubleshooting and problem-solving issues
- Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional
