- 3+ years experience shaping and delivering digital experiences and products
- Experience working through several stages of product exploration, definition, and validation
- Experience leading successful cross functional teams
- Led a product discovery (ie. research, analysis, concepting, validation, and prototyping) engagement on behalf of a client
- Experience using modern product development frameworks and methodologies (Value Proposition Design, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Jobs-To-Be-Done, etc.)
- Contribute to the design, development, or project management of software applications
- Experience with key strategic tactics across framing, planning, ideating, prototyping and testing
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to drive consensus and build strong client relationships
- A flexible, driven, highly-organized and self-starter personality
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative and constantly changing workplace
- Experience with design and innovation focused client engagements
- Strong commitment to take ownership and make impact while delivering a new product’s strategy
- Leading cross-disciplinary product teams and ensuring effective and efficient discovery cadences
- Leading early stage product development activities (ie. assess feasibility, viability, usability and desirability of a product concept) or later stage evaluation efforts
- Owning the product discovery plan and communicating progress
- Effectively tracking and communicating project status and metrics
- Maintaining a strong and positive relationship with Connected's clients
- Leading a project team and ensuring discovery/development cadence
- Status reporting for your project and team
- Assisting in the management of key initiatives and programs supporting the strategic objectives of Connected
- Maintaining processes to ensure documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
- Ensuring project activities and Product development efforts deliver against the client’s objectives and business goals.
- Working with team leads when project decisions are being made and collaborating with clients, designers, engineers, marketing, sales, and other business functions
- Sharing your knowledge of processes, tools and methodologies to new Product Managers through coaching, mentoring and sharing information
