Suzy is excited to offer a 2023 Summer Internship beginning May 30, 2023 through mid-August. Each intern will participate in a group project to present to the company as a team in August. Interns will have the opportunity to apply to our associate role. One intern will be selected for the role and will take on a one year rotation with different departments.

The Innovation Design Intern will be responsible for generating renderings of early to late stage innovation ideas that will be used for consumer facing concept tests. This is a great opportunity to develop a design portfolio as the Innovation Design Intern will be asked to generate renderings across multiple product categories including (but not limited to) CPG, Consumer Electronics, Beauty and Personal Care.

• Translate design briefs into product renderings
• Iterate and refine initial designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback generated by the design targets
• Create renderings of competitive sets for benchmarking innovation designs
• Create iteration maps that depict the design journey for a given product line

• Must currently be enrolled in a graphic or industrial design program
• Highly skilled with the Adobe creative suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with packaging and graphic design preferred

Benefits:

• The target base compensation for this role is $15/hr.
