Salary: $45K-$95K (DOE)
Requirements: BS/MS, Molecular Biology Techniques, in situ hybridization
We are a biotech startup company creating programmable molecular technologies for multiplexed quantitative bioimaging. We are looking for an experienced Product Support Associate to join our team responsible for providing customer support and product expertise. You must have excellent quantitative analysis and wet lab skills, as well as experience with In Situ Hybridization, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, and Blotting Techniques. You must be able to work independently and be highly organized.

As a Product Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support for customers and assisting with product implementations. You will be interacting with customers, providing product guidance, troubleshooting issues, and administering customer service.
- BS/MS in life sciences or a related with 2+ years of wet lab experience
- Previous experience in a customer experience/support role is highly preferred
- Experience with general molecular biology techniques, in situ hybridization (fluorescent and/or chromogenic), immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, blotting techniques, and quantitative analysis of experimental data preferred
- Salary Range ($45,000-$95,000/ yr depending on experience and title)
