Job Description:
Nuance Communications, Inc., a Microsoft company is seeking a talented and motivated Application Consultant who loves to travel. This position is with our Professional Services Group. You are focused, disciplined, autonomous, collaborative, and passionate about helping our clients. The successful candidate will have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Principal duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for functional and technical on-site and remote training to customers. Provides customer implementation guidance with regards to application needs during new customer implementations based on best practice experience.

Provides ongoing product functional and technical training with live customers as scheduled.

Possesses depth and breadth of product knowledge.

Able to troubleshoot application issues whether on-site or remote with customers and/or refer as necessary to appropriate Nuance departments for follow-up, testing, and additional troubleshooting.

Completes data entry requirements.

Provides written summary of customer interactions outlining issues, concerns, and/or successes.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge for all defined core products as defined for this level and assigned specialized products.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or equivalent work experience with related relevant application consulting and training experience in a clinical setting.
Minimum years of work experience: 5-7
Required skills:
-
Clinical background (such as RN) or clinical operations experience.

Able to troubleshoot application issues, when necessary, whether on-site or remote.

Superior written, oral, and presentation abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Advanced knowledge of PC, software, hardware, and operating system skills for training, testing, and troubleshooting required.

Core Technologies MS OS, MS Office, PC Advanced Literacy.

Self-starter, drive for results, very organized, critical thinker.
Travel: Role requires extensive and consistent travel (100%) to client sites throughout USA and some international.
Preferred Skills:

Training and Technical Certifications.

Nuance product knowledge of Dragon Medical One.
