POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Product Support Representative will provide technical product support to Sony's professional display customers and system integrators as a help desk resource. This role provides in-depth assistance and full range technical support regarding the setup and configuration of Sony displays and projectors primarily used within the professional business sector. This individual will be required to interface with the existing customer management system and address specific technical issues tracked via the system.
