We’re a small, impactful, and quickly scaling team of product managers continuously working to improve our product and our craft. We work highly cross-functionally in partnership with our Engineering, Design, User Research, Customer Experience and Sales teams to shape the platform we support.

Who You Are 

This is a unique role that involves building a 0 to 1 feature, to help expand the Performance Reviews product. You’ll work closely with your design and engineering counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, in order to plan, build, and launch features to our growing customer base. This position is located in our San Francisco office and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and visible products. 

• Help define a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
• Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
• Incorporate data and insights into the product
• Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
• Define the product KPIs and track the success of the features that we launch
• Determine how to iterate on launched features based on metrics and customer feedback
• Deeply understand the problems that you're tackling through research and regular interaction with customers and analytics teams; define, frame, and solve those problems for your product
• Present your results and roadmap at company-wide check-ins

We are looking for someone who has a combination of the following:

• Previous experience as a product manager, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning feature and product development, end to end
• Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
• Someone who has a high focus on shipping products, and is able to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
• High attention to detail
• A high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
