Production (Remote) - Intern

A24 is looking for a part-time intern to support the Production team for the Summer 2023 semester -- must be available 3 days a week, 15-20 hours per week with a June 5th, 2023 start date.

Initial Responsibilities

• Maintain department databases, calendars, and project lists
• Support in managing departmental and executive's calendars
• Organize and process paperwork to support the production team as they travel on location
• Responsible for updating the production calendar for projects as they evolve
• Maintain the production storage facility
• Assist in Wrap Deliverable checklists
• Support production team with other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Production Office Assistant experience a plus
• Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, time management and organization
• Driven, efficient, curious and resourceful
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Discretion with handling sensitive materials
• Partner and work with a diverse group of individuals at all levels in the industry and organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Our internships are part-time roles with an hourly rate of $17.00. Actual pay will depend on various considerations, including: education, experience, skills, specializations, training, and business needs.
