As the production coordinator for school of film and acting, you will coordinate with faculty and students to develop and implement production schedules, budgets, and staffing plans. You will be responsible for obtaining permits and licenses for all film projects, overseeing the hiring of cast and crew members while coordinating their schedules, and purchasing needed equipment and materials. In this position, you will monitor and track the budget, ensure all safety protocols are followed, assist with the editing process, and maintain production records and reports for each project. Additional responsibilities in this position will include driving production vehicles, coordinating with internal support offices on production needs, and completing weekly production reports for the department that outline developments and updates.

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
