PRODUCTION DESIGNER

Compensation Range: $33 - 39 per hour

We are seeking a talented Production Designer to join our client's dynamic creative team!

As a Production Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating design edits for various marketing and promotional materials. You will collaborate with the manufacturer and also work on 3D renderings of the products. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to team members.

Responsibilities:

• Design and edit marketing collateral, packaging materials, digital assets, and other visual materials for the company's product lines.
• Work alongside the manufacturer and handle communications with them.
• Support the refresh for some of their brands.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality, visual appeal, and brand representation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and industry innovations to continuously improve the quality and creativity of company designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide valuable input on design ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative and professional designs.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in branding elements.
