Production Management Systems Intern

• Provide assistance with day-to-day use of the MES Systems
• Assist in the creation of metrics to measure the effectiveness of the MES Systems
• Respond to end-user inquiries by providing support and assistance in the definition and resolution to problems.
• Soliciting and Analyzing feedback from end users
• Assist in testing to troubleshoot problems within the MES Systems
• Create Screen and Process Documentation of new processes and enhancements of the MES System and incorporate into proper business solutions such as work instructions, audit documentation or approval workflow requirements
• Partner and collaborate with Training Department staff on training needs and documentation
