Production Manager - Upstream O&G
Location: Pakistan
Experience: 12-15 years of experience with strong exposure to E&P Operations
Industry: Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Refinery
Education: Bachelors or Master of Engineering in Chemical or Petroleum
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Experience
Provides front-line HSE Leadership by regular visits to the facilities, conducting safety audits and GCMs to deliver HSE expectations
Ensures safe and reliable operations and provides directions to production team for routine operational issues
Provides input to Field Manager on budget and assist in evaluating manpower and training needs in the zones
Evaluates, provides, and endorses input on plant expansions, improvements upgrading projects. Coordinates with well works, construction and maintenance for planned shutdowns, commissioning of new equipment and day-to-day activities for safe and timely completion relating to his zone
Ensures operational performance objectives are met in production, operating expense, operation efficiency and contractor relations for the zone. Ensure Oil & Gas measurements and sales for the zone are in accordance with the contracts (PCA, GSA, COSA etc.).
Supports Field Manager in dealing with field contractors and coordinate activities relating to people, external and internal relationships, security and administration for all field teams.

HSE Responsibilities:
Ensure appropriate assessment and training have been undertaken and all team members are competent to carry out their roles. This includes:
The ability to carry out risk assessments on the planned tasks
Sufficient knowledge and ability to prepare and/or approve work plans or procedures.
Knowledge of the relevant Golden rules of safety
Competence in the permit to work system at their location
Ensure that work is planned and properly identify individual tasks and their interactions
Make sure monitoring processes are in place and managed by a responsible person.
Conduct regular control of work and other safety audits
Employees duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned
