What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Proficient in Retail Packaging operations, including making adjustments to retail machines, basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
Bais understanding of WMS (weight management systems)
Understanding of products pecs and rework procedures.
Acquires applicable chemical training for successful performance of chemical foaming/application(s)
Acquire OSC (Ocean Spray Cranberry) Forklift certification
Responsible for the completion of Master Sanitation
Accountable for the accurate completion of quality, safety and Plant compliance documentation
Operate all screens on human-machine interface (HMI)
Work within established quality procedures and standards to ensure food safety
Operate PLC screens
Make adjustments to retail machines, including changing web and zipper, aligning punch holes, seal bars, top edge alignment, adjusting tension on feed rolls, turning on/set height of printer, changing tape and gasket of seal bars.
Complete basic maintenance of retail machines including checking cooling bar fluid, adjusting clamps for bag size, cleaning scale faults, assembling/disassembling scale, performing integrity testing, adjusting hanger notcher/tear notcher.

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to perform these operations using units, weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Trending software
Scanner program/WMS and Potentially SAP
