Production Supervisor

As the Roll Forming Supervisor you will lead a team of 20 people to operate roll forming machines, package products, and move said products to stocking area for order picking.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Supervising and working alongside the Rollforming Production Team
• Utilizing planning and production reports to set up production line daily
• Operating reach-lift forklift to pull and set coils on machines
• Working with quality control and maintenance to ensure efficiency and product excellence
• Continuing a team culture that builds people up and crushes goals

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, and safety rules
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds throughout a workday
• Willingness to operate a forklift and pallet jack after training
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Handle petty cash as needed

Salary: Base + Bonus = $56,825
