Schedule: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift + some OT

6 month contract-to-hire, with opportunity to extend or convert!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and conduct audits in a GMP environment
• Monitoring, and programming critical control points (CCP), throughout the manufacturing process
• Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment
• Ensure proper guidelines for products during processing -Collect lab samples and environmental swabs
• Perform raw materials, in-line, and finished product inspections and record data

Requirements:

• GED or Highschool diploma
• MUST have experience working in GMP setting
• 1-3 years experience in food manufacturing
• Experience in quality preferred

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
