The SMB segment is Lenovo ecommerce’s largest and most profitable segment. This is a high performing team recognized at the highest levels in Lenovo. Americas SMB Ecommerce team owns the P&L, ideates new business ideas and creates the strategic and executional go to market plans to bring them to market. The initiatives can range from adding tools to improve sales enablement, adding new products and services, improvements to the user experience, leading the transformation of our telesales enablement strategy, partnerships and/or add new benefits for our customers to further accelerate our growth and vision. These are high-visibility roles which interface across the large Americas ecommerce teams. We are given the freedom to dream big and then bring these to realities.
