Reporting To: Head of Culture & Engagement, Activision

Your Mission

In this newly created role of Program Manager, Culture & Engagement you will have the opportunity to partner with all our COE teams (L&D, DE&I, People Analytics, Performance Management, Organizational Design, Compensation, Communications, Events, Talent Acquisition and Talent Branding) to help bring to life our roadmap of initiatives to shape a culture where our people can thrive in the workplace.

This role is an integral part of our overarching people strategy for Activision Publishing and will report to the Head of Culture & Engagement. In this position, no two days will be the same (that’s what keeps it exciting right?) but you will always be focusing on these key elements:

  • Proactive tracking of all culture and engagement project activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, risks are flagged, and key achievements are met
  • Assist with program planning, operations and communications
  • Own at least one program end to end
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new initiatives and help bring them to life.
  • Ensure project plans and information are maintained and information flows to project team members, HRBP’s and the Executive team.
  • Collaborate and partner with key cross-functional team members to deliver coordinated solutions that support our people objectives.

Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in a role with Program Management / Project Management responsibilities (preferably in the HR/Talent Space)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel), especially PowerPoint – You’re a visual storyteller who can taking data, timelines and key concepts and turn them into a strong presentation.
  • A desire to make a positive impact on the games industry.
  • Ability to quickly form relationships across departments and work cross functionally with multiple partners
  • Self-directed and independent worker / capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and support multiple people/programs simultaneously

Bonus Points:

  • Minimum of one year in HR; leading HR Projects and/or as an HRBP
  • Experience using Monday.com for project tracking
  • Experience with Miro Boards or a similar brainstorming tool

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $21.63 - $40.02 Hourly. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
