InfoSec is searching for a passionate leader that looks at challenges as opportunities. We are a growing team that is looking for someone who can be a strategic and supportive partner. The ideal candidate will have strong Workforce, Procurement, Contract, Operations, and Communication experience. This position will report to the Information Security Chief of Staff.

Workforce Management

  • Partner with HR to drive employee retention, inclusion, diversity, and employee wellness programs.
  • Facilitate a healthy work culture that adheres to the InfoSec 11 principles.
  • Establishes strategies, policies, program standards, and critical measurements for the team by assessing and managing Information Security hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes within SLA.
  • Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning to mature the Business Operations Team.
  • Streamline Security workforce process improvements to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness. Implement a Self-services model to alleviate pain points for hiring managers.
  • Develops performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to measure operating standards and facilitate effective workforce management functions.

Procurement, And Contracts

  • Lead vendor management with oversight and performance strategy, including tracking and reporting KPI’s by establishing processes and controls to enhance value and minimize risk.
  • Understand the business, vendors, partners, and technology to facilitate and support the company through growth and transformation.
  • Lead and/or manage the Information Security licensing agreements, including renewal, new business, invoicing, credit holds, receivable issues, consolidations, and Infosec budgets and contracts.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and facilitate the execution of contracts, such as NDAs, orders, SOW, MSA, and related Information Security agreements.

Business Operations & SLT Support

  • Support the VP of Business Operations’ workload, management of back-office responsibilities, and providing support on key issues.
  • Partner with all security pillars, technical departments, security domains, and Business Units
  • Create Business Operations dashboards to provide senior leadership with overall Information Security department health and visibility into individual program status, focusing on risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Information Security leaders and provide support to their key initiatives. Help employees through their needs to ensure responsiveness of existing operations.

Security Culture, Awareness, and Training & Enterprise Communication

  • Support the enterprise Information Security awareness program implementation and promote effective awareness across the organization through collaborative processes of positive training encouragement.
  • Manage all enterprise internal and external communication plans to convey the Information Security approach and business value outcomes effectively.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in a senior management role. Consulting experience with a focus on operations management is highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project/Program Management with an organization of +10 thousand employees.
  • Experienced leader with a blend of superior strategic, operational, program/project management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong technology background, preferably in IT or Information Security experience
  • Strong program management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, lead long-term programs, and manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
  • Ability to respectfully handle multiple commitments/critical issues with customers, internal leadership, staff and operations.
  • Validated skills of strong learning agility and relationship building to influence change using knowledge and relationships.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $164,800.00 - $304,800.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
