We are seeking a Programme Administrator to focus primarily on assessments and provide administrative support to the Programme Manager (Assessment), and the three Programme Officers responsible for delivering MBBS assessments. The post holder will support the operational team delivering these assessments, managing the shared Exams inbox, recruiting casual exam staff, producing assessment materials, assisting with the production and maintenance of assessment spreadsheets (e.g. for results and marking), and any other tasks deemed reasonable in order to support the effective delivery of assessments.
You must be educated to degree level or equivalent, and have a high level of computer literacy, including confidence in using Excel, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of working in higher education or assessment administration would be welcome.
This is a full time, open ended position, based at the Charing Cross campus, but with potential travel to other campuses.

The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
