Visa Specialist

The Visa Specialist will provide end-to-end support to Progress business travelers through visa application processes, ensuring compliance with visa regulations, destination entry/exit requirements and internal policies.

In this role, you will: 

• Act as internal point of contact to employees on business visa and business travel-related questions with focus on visa application requirements and specifics.
• Liaise with external visa support agents, embassies/consulates and other sources to validate, research, and analyze the visa application requirements and submission process, based on destination, purpose and duration of travel.
• Review visa application process with the applicants, ensuring that they have full understanding of all the necessary documentation and timeline.
• Prepare and maintain internal guidelines on visa application processes.
• Prepare the necessary business visa support documentation drafts and templates and coordinate the collect signatures process.
• Coordinate the visa fees payment process, as well as document submission and collection.
• Provide navigational support about the internal travel booking process and policies.

Your background:  

• Experience working in a visa facilitation role is highly desirable.
• Experience in travel or hospitality.
• Excellent written and spoken English. 
• Solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
