Title: Build Project Coordinator

What You Will Be Doing
Build Project Coordinators manage client relationships and expectations while ensuring the entire scope of the project is delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with the project management team to meet internal gross profit goals and assist in all aspects of implementation. As part of the Build team, you will focus on large, single-site renovation or new construction projects for enterprise clients. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the day-to-day cadence of large-scope projects in the construction and IT industries.
Maintain project documentation and system dashboards to keep them up to date.
Work with Authorized ASD® Installers (AASDIs) to ensure they are qualified, scheduled, clearly communicating with you, and providing proper documentation.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Constantly communicate with clients, subcontractors, and the ASD® project team.
Identify specific risks throughout the project lifecycle and drive corrective behavior.
Assist with project quotes and change orders.
Assist Project Managers on projects as they minimize costs and maximize profitability.
Complete monthly tasks to keep projects up to date, such as Work in Progress (WIP), projections, invoicing, and submitting monthly costs.
Willing to learn new things and pursue certifications.
Key Qualifications
2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in one or more of the technologies we offer (access control, surveillance, structured cabling, audiovisual, wireless, etc.)
Good organization and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong problem-solving abilities - capable of making sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Must be able to prioritize workload, multitask, and manage time well
Budget-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
