Project Coordinators own key phases of the Brand Ambassador’s project lifecycle and measure the overall success of the project at hand. This role is perfect for a passionate, customer service, and project-oriented professional.
The Project Coordinator will work directly with Hospitality and Contract Brand Ambassadors and assist them with everything they need in the sales and service journey. This position is a sales support role that manages specific territories and the Brand Ambassadors over those territories. Project Coordinators utilize a variety of resources and information to assist Designer’s customers and Brand Ambassadors (sales) in a courteous and professional manner that supports Arteriors brand standards and the goal of providing world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce formal and informal quotes with minimal errors to increase sales opportunities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation.
- Coordinate commercial projects from cradle to grave (quote to order)
- Work directly with Design to provide project details to Brand Ambassador that result in strong industry partners and clients.
- Communicate and work with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure project schedules and timelines are met consistently.
- Solution Selling at the highest level to ensure project completion with client satisfaction.
- Utilize project management tools to track milestones and lead to conversion rates.
- Ideate creatively to solution engineer project and business challenges.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Brand Ambassadors and always present a unified front to clients.
- Ensures data accuracy through systems and project-related communications.
- Maintains an elevated customer service standard and exhibits genuine empathy when appropriate.
- Embraces the commitment to customer service and nourishes brand loyalty.
- Accurately documents customer interaction details with limited errors.

You possess the following qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer service center or account management/coordination role
- 2+ years of “quote to order management” experience
- 1+ years in a B2B environment preferred.
- 1+ years’ Hospitality Industry knowledge preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience in using a CRM or Project Management tool.
- 1+ years Luxury product and design experience preferred.
- Superior verbal and written communication.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with proper spelling and use of grammar.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to use effective and probing questioning and listening techniques to identify BA and client needs.
- Savviness and experience with technology are essential as multiple systems are in use.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, a strong sense of urgency, while dealing with competing priorities. Ability to retain and convey quality knowledge and benefits of Arteriors.
