Project Coordinator Equity Accountability

Position Overview:

This role will be responsible for coordinating the work of our Equity Accountability Councils. The Equity Accountability Councils will help to drive business results by improving our capacity to make a difference, for underrepresented racial and ethnic populations of the US.

The right candidate will have impeccable organizational and communication skills and give attention to detail in a time-sensitive manner. This individual will project manage all matters related to the successful implementation and execution of the Accountability Councils’ day-to-day work; impeccable organization, communication, and attention to detail while overseeing this time-sensitive work


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and coordinate project plans, routines and logistics for the Equity Accountability Councils and facilitate stewardship updates.
  • Manage Accountability Councils’ communications with meeting minutes, documentation and follow-up on important actions and decisions from Council meetings
  • Manage Councils-related project work and coordinate timelines and deliverables with cross-functional team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Work with the Group Director to develop and maintain effective operating and communication routines with the office of the Global Chief DEI officer and engagement with the BRGs.
  • Manage events connected to the Accountability Councils from start to finish, work with vendors, and includes managing the budget
  • Assist with research on initiatives and statistics around the communities the Accountability Councils are focused on
  • Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements and logistics for Accountability Councils, both internal and external members.
  • Assist in developing strategic long term plans for the Equity Accountability Councils


Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Functional Skills:

  • 3 - 5+ years’ experience in project management
  • proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; ability to work across multi-cultural, matrixed organization
  • good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate issues to drive tangible business actions
