The position will be responsible for delivering a reliable, cost effective, and defect free experience to the Freestyle fleet in the NAOU, while networked into all international Freestyle markets. This will be delivered through an emphasis on driving system and reliability improvements identified through data insights. These insights will be linked to field and customer observations, customer recommendations, product supply, manufacturing, and field escalations. This role will leverage data from separate systems including manufacturing, product supply, dispenser diagnostics, and connectivity to minimize disruptions to the fleet and continually identify opportunities for improvement. The specific accountabilities include:Identify opportunities to improve reliability and quality of Freestyle machines in the field through data from equipment, service systems, manufacturing, and product supply.Lead advance data modeling solutions to deliver on the vision of on-demand service diagnostics and repair based on predictive failure.Execute improvement projects based on data insights that reduce the overall cost to serve for our customers.Resolve field escalations through deep insights from data collected from equipment sensors, suppliers, manufacturing, and service tickets.Work with technical engineering teams to drive improvements by translating customer and field issues into defined engineering actions.Design methods to collect user sentiment data from the field and model with dispenser performance to identify at risk customers.Design dashboards at fleet level to address cross-functional visibility and drive service performance.Ability to apply and analyze large amounts of data for developing projections and estimates.Create data visualizations that will provide insight into fleet performance.Education: Requires a Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Must have three years of experience in job offered or related position.Experience: Experience must include three years of experience in creating tools within technical or field operations; three years of experience working with large data sets and Extract Transform and Load (ETL); three years of experience with SQL, Tableau, and AWS tools; three years of experience with JSON and Java programming; three years of experience with R, Python, and Matlab; one year of experience working in Mechanical Design or Engineering; and must possess Six Sigma Green BeltTravel: Not RequiredSkills:Pay Range:$131,061 - $181,700Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
