POSITION SUMMARY

The Group Services Project Coordinator is part of the Uniworld Group Department. The coordinator will be primarily working on full ship charters. Responsible for all charters and incentive groups.

Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

• Processing bookings and managing changes.
• Responsible for ensuring payments are collected on time.
• Coordinating customized programs.
• The coordinator will also work with ongoing projects within the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills internally/externally
• Customer service oriented: You have a desire to anticipate, recognize, and exceed guests’ needs.
• Attentive to details: Providing quality is important to you - you know that being accurate and thorough contributes to a positive client/guest experience.
• Enthusiastic: You are ready to tackle any challenge with a positive attitude.

WORK LOCATION

• This position is considered Hybrid with a minimum of 1 day per month in the office or Remote if out of territory.

PAY RANGE

• $23.00 per hour
