Project Coordinator, Marketing

What's the Short Version?
The Project Coordinator, Marketing is responsible for supporting the project management team with the execution of various marketing projects, schedules and customer requests. This position works in close partnership with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that specific milestones are met.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Assist in the execution of marketing and communications projects and plans.
• Input and manage project schedules, tasks, and workflow within our project management tool, Workfront.
• Manage invoice routing/submission through Workfront.
• Interact with the Project Management team to define, prioritize, and assist with the execution of multiple tasks and activities required to meet deadlines.
• Interface with key internal and external business partners and other cross-functional departments in the production and execution of various projects.
• Support the Project Management team on organizational elements including proofreading and the routing of proofs to various stakeholders including the executive leadership team.
• Support brand standards by ensuring a consistent message and vision is maintained throughout projects.

What Are We Looking For?

• 1-3 years of experience coordinating projects or related degree/certification/education.
• Mac Platform experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator applications is preferred.
• Experience supporting a marketing department is preferred.
• Experience with print and web-based projects is preferred.
• Experience using Workfront or other project management software is preferred.
• Creative problem solver with ability to multi-task and has an enthusiasm to learn.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Flexible attitude and approach to collaboration, offering ideas and formulating a plan from direction given.
• Team player who possesses strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines and make adjustments mid-course.

What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $21.00 - $27.90 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.

Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to $2,000.

Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 7 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.

SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
