Lattice is looking for a Project Manager to join the Office of the CEO. You’ll work alongside the Chief of Staff and Business Operations teams to lead company-wide projects, see around corners, and find areas of opportunity.
The ideal candidate is equally excited and comfortable with putting on their project manager and operator hats. We’re looking for someone who can build a detailed action plan and manage multiple projects to completion. The right person can work effectively with multiple executive stakeholders and who can bring the organization to problems that no one else can.

What you'll do:
Drive business change through management of complex, ambiguous projects and programs that span across multiple teams and organizations.
Lead or support initiatives from conception through launch and into scale through hand off to other organizations, ensuring organizational adoption after handoff.
Build and maintain project and/or program-related plans by tracking and proactively managing action items and next steps, ensuring key milestones are met and items resolved in a timely manner.
Align business on project and/or program assumptions, interdependencies, and success metrics.
Identify, report and manage risks, assumptions at the delivery level for programs / methods / efforts.
Prioritize and facilitate sessions such as planning, meetings, and presentations. Track breakthroughs and tasks with assigned teams. Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives.
Partner with Chief of Staff and office of CEO on other key company initiatives as needed.
Who you are:
3+ years of experience as a project or program manager with at least 1 year at a company in hyper growth.
Highly motivated, organized individual with strong attention to detail who is able to work effectively and prioritize with minimal supervision.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues, and ability to think quickly.
Strong at building trust-based relationships with stakeholders and build a personal network throughout the company and work with a variety of personalities.
Able to collaborate effectively across a wide range of teams and seniority in multiple offices and time zones.
Proven track record of project managing complex cross-functional projects while maintaining an efficient plan, tracking issues, and proactively communicating progress against project milestones.
Proven ability to lead and execute quickly and independently in a highly visible and fast-paced environment
A ‘hands on’ and resourceful attitude - comfortable diving into execution and operational matters, while maintaining focused on the longer term strategic agenda
Strong ability to quickly become a subject matter expert and flex on running projects across all departments at a company.
Bright, high-energy, and curious individual, with a passion to learn and contribute.
Adaptability in response to changing priorities and needs.
