As a Configuration Manager, you will contribute and manage configuration projects across multiple work-streams i.e., Calc, Forms & Letters, and Web, and will be responsible for managing deliveries on projects within defined timelines and meet defined KPI’s. The Configuration Manager will also monitor and reports on system/release performance, identifies opportunities for optimization/improvement, and ensures compliance with relevant best practices, regulations, and standards. He will be managing the configuration management team within a project and ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Responsibilities

Manage a team of configuration Analyst within a Project

Performing Requirement Analysis, configuration, unit testing of different phases of client implementation life cycle on ongoing basis

Developing and maintaining configuration baselines and version control

Liaise with onshore Config lead\Requirement lead on clarifying requirements related questions.

Liaise with Project Manager, Onshore config & QA to firm up on timelines and deliveries on projects.

Responsible for smooth transition of new business/ process. Work in team or individually (as required) to assist in smooth integration/transition of processes.

Uses key performance indicators to monitor progress towards work group goals and drives for better results.

Maintaining accurate configuration records and managing configuration items

Perform Requirement Gap analysis early in the project.

Executes/Reviews Code for accuracy/completeness and mapping to Requirement Artifacts

Manage implementation of process improvements initiatives.

Manage/Implement process SLA’s and adherence to defined workflow.

Removes barriers to team members delivering high quality client service.

Develop/Plan tasks in ADO & monitor them for timely update and completion.

Develops others’ understanding and appreciation of client needs and the impact of their actions on client satisfaction.

Deepens the subject matter knowledge and skills of team members and helps them elevate their credibility with clients.

Helps team members balance day to day activities with longer term projects. Balances “getting it right” with “getting on with it”.
