Project Manager, Clinical Research

We're looking for a Project Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Here's what you need to know about the role, our team and why Flatiron Health is the right next step in your career. 

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work with the Client Services team maintaining and driving timelines, project plans, and deliverables for customer facing projects. The Project Manager will also be responsible for customer support for ongoing studies. This position will interact with other operating and staff groups within the Organization including, but not limited to Study Implementation, Product Management and Sales/Marketing.

In addition, you'll also be:

  • Managing and implementing SaaS applications in clinical research 
  • Learning and organizing mapping and configuration of SDTM datasets
  • Supporting IT on-boarding and roll-out of software applications in the hospital space 
  • Providing prompt response and resolution to customer inquiries and requests 
  • Creating training and support documentation
  • Managing identification and resolution of clinical trial data inquiries

Who You Are

You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact. 

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Clinical Data Management (preferably in a clinical technology environment)
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Google Drive, Docs and Sheets
  • You have experience with documentation management and organization
  • You have experience with issue and task tracking (e.g. Jira)
  • You have familiarity with SDLC
  • You have familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of managing and running clinical trials
  • You have the ability to multi-task and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities
