Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will coordinate the work of the International Content Team at BOLD. You will play a key role in managing a variety of projects as an integral member of an ambitious and innovative team. You will be involved with every aspect of advancing BOLD's work across all non-English languages and markets. You will support a diverse global team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all phases of the work. You will ensure the team is focusing on the right projects at the right time. You will communicate priorities and next steps, track progress and resolve blockers, and coordinate with stakeholders. Your work will directly affect the lives of millions of job seekers around the world.

This position is 100% remote, work from home (within lawfully allowed States). In some areas of the US, you may utilize a co-work space (when you'd like).

ABOUT THIS TEAM

The Content Team enables personalized product experiences by providing innovative content and data capabilities to address the needs of our customers. This work is of strategic importance and contributes directly to our company's IP. We have built a content recommendation system that powers multiple products in over 180 countries across all types of jobs and industries-from cashiers to nurses, teachers to graphic designers, construction workers to executives and beyond. The team consists of writers and editors, product and project managers, linguists, and data analysts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage projects end-to-end in line with company and team priorities, OKRs, and KPIs
• Identify each project's goals, objectives, scope, timelines, and required resources
• Create and update trackers, dashboards, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate between stakeholders including leadership, product managers, project managers, content, product, accounting, and engineering
• Establish, maintain, and document repeatable processes that support operational efficiency
• Communicate project requirements, updates, and deliverables
• Schedule meetings, draft agendas, take notes
• Exercise sound judgment in balancing competing projects and priorities
• Support partnerships with other teams and sub-teams
• Manage contractor invoicing process and track project budgets

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Experience coordinating projects of varying complexity
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Passion for process, efficiency, and documentation
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
• Experience developing cross-functional projects with partner teams such as Product, Content, Engineering, Analytics
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Friendly, positive personality and can-do, get-it-done mindset

WHAT'S GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in human capital industry, recruiting, or educational technology preferred
• Foreign language proficiency strongly preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, B2C environment
• Experience working with diverse teams based in different time zones
